Creating a Listing

Before creating your first listing, ensure your seller workspace is ready:

• A verified email address — required to ensure buyer trust and enable seller payouts.
• At least 1 credit — each listing costs 1 credit to publish. Visit the Credits page to purchase credits, review bundle pricing, or check your current balance.
• 1 to 10 photos of your item taken in good lighting from multiple perspectives.

Navigate to the Sell page and upload between 1 and 10 photos of your item.

• Supported Formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC/HEIF.
• Automatic HEIC Conversion: Photos taken on iPhones (HEIC) are automatically converted to optimized WebP in your browser — zero manual conversion needed.
• Drag to Reorder: Drag and drop any photo thumbnail to set your primary hero image. The first photo appears in search feeds and marketplace thumbnails.
• Angles to Include: Front, back, side angles, close-ups of brand tags, care labels, serial numbers/barcodes, and any visible flaws or wear.

Once your photos are uploaded, our proprietary AI listing engine analyzes them to generate a complete, ready-to-publish listing in seconds:

• Search-Optimized Title: High-converting title structured with brand, model, and key keywords under 80 characters.
• Rich Product Description: Detailed item summary highlighting aesthetics, material composition, included accessories, and condition notes.
• Suggested Price & MSRP Savings: Resale valuation calibrated against live marketplace pricing and condition wear curves, including estimated MSRP so buyers see savings.
• Condition Assessment & Flaw Detection: Scans photos for scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, pilling, or discoloration, auto-drafting transparent flaw disclosures.

• Title & Copy: Refine title wording or customize product descriptions. If our AI detected flat-lay measurements or care instructions, you can verify or edit the pre-populated bullet points.
• Category & Subcategory: Choose the exact classification from our hierarchical category tree.
• Condition & Flaw Disclosures: Select condition rating (New, Like New, Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, For Parts) and adjust any auto-detected flaw notes. Transparent flaw descriptions build buyer trust and prevent returns.
• Structured Attributes: Confirm or modify extracted sizes, colors, materials, style numbers, or vehicle fitment in the category attributes panel.
• Tags: Add or remove keywords to maximize buyer search relevance.

Configure your selling price and select how buyers can receive the item:

• Competitive Pricing: Review the suggested price against retail MSRP. A visible savings badge helps buyers appreciate the deal value.
